Conference Expense Reimbursement Request

Current UVA medical students may apply for need-based (as defined by the Financial Aid Office) reimbursement of expenses up to a maximum of $700 related to attending medical conferences. These reimbursements will be provided by the UVA Medical Alumni Association and Medical School Foundation. Reimbursements will be reported to the School of Medicine’s Office of Financial Aid and included in financial aid packages.

Reimbursement Request Instructions – Please Read

  • To request reimbursement online, medical students should complete the form below.
  • Paid receipts documenting the expense must be submitted.
  • Please submit one application for all travel receipts for a specific conference. Do not submit multiple individual applications for registration, airfare, train fare, hotel, etc.
