Recent Graduates

All recent graduates, the classes of 1997 through 2011, are in a friendly competition to achieve the highest percentage of giving to the Annual Fund. The challenge is all about participation.

The winning class will be immortalized on a plaque at the headquarters of the Medical Alumni Association and Medical School Foundation, in addition to recognition online and in the School of Medicine Vitals magazine.

This year, to help encourage participation, Stuart Berman, MD’87, has offered a challenge to recent graduates. Celebrating his 25th Reunion this year, Dr. Berman was inspired by the outstanding participation rates of our fourth year class gift over the past few years. To help encourage recent graduates to continue that tradiction of giving, Dr. Berman will donate up to $15,000 to the Annual Fund, with the final total depending solely on the support of recent graduates.

For every gift made by a member of the classes of 1997 through 2011 between April 1 and April 30, Dr. Berman will donate an additional $100 to the Annual Fund!

Every gift counts, however, no matter the amount. Your class participation increases with each donor, and if you make your gift in April, it will go even further – $100 further to be exact! Make your gift today to help us take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity!

The Annual Fund secures the financial foundation for the School of Medicine. Your contributions are put to work immediately, helping to define the experiences of todays students, housestaff, and faculty. And, of course, your gift benefits every single student and all alumni of our medical school.

All the classes are off to a good start, now let’s focus on raising those participation rates! Thank you for your support!
