Established in 2013 by Dr. Harry Lee Kanter, a member of the School of Medicine’s Class of 1986. First preference for scholarship recipients shall be given to residents of the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, Va. First scholarship awarded in 2014-15.
