The University of Virginia Medical Alumni Association relies on support from alumni and friends to continue to maintain and renovate our historic headquarters. The building and grounds provide working space for our staff as well as a gathering place for alumni, students, and friends of the University of Virginia School of Medicine.

To support this effort, you can purchase an inscribed brick to be placed in our courtyard that will be part of the building’s history for years to come. Contributions go towards the building fund and are designated to support current building maintenance and upkeep, as well as provide opportunities for future property expansion and upgrades.

Two styles of bricks are available: Standard bricks and larger bricks made of Indiana Limestone. All purchased bricks may be inscribed, and each will be laid in the beautiful patio behind the main building at 1111 West Main Street in Charlottesville.

Your brick may be inscribed with your name and class year, or it may serve as a memorial in honor of a family member or someone from the School of Medicine who made a difference in your life.

Your gift will truly leave a lasting impression on the UVA Medical Alumni Association.
