As an MSTP student at UVA, Courtney Pollard III, MD ’14, PhD ’12, focused on cancer biomarker discovery and cellular metabolomics in genitourinary malignancies. He completed residency training in radiation oncology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston in 2019 and recently became an attending radiation oncologist at Peachtree Radiation Oncology in Atlanta, Ga.
