Lynne Lightfoote, MD ’01, has been a physician with Foxhall OB/GYN Associates in Washington, DC since 2005. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College. After receiving her MD from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pa. Lightfoote is board certified by The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Her efforts to improve Black maternal health were featured in a column in The Washington Post on January 26, 2021.
