Thomas W. Eppes, Jr., MD ’78, was featured by the American Medical Association in its February 2022 Senior Physicians Section Member Profile. Eppes is a family physician and served as chair of the AMA Integrated Physician Practice Section from 2015–2017. He has been an AMA HOD Delegate for Virginia  2009 and is also on the Board of Directors for Privia Medical Group ̶ Mid-Atlantic. Eppes is also the past president of the UVA Medical Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.
