COL (RET) Victor Bernet, MD was elected as president-elect of the American Thyroid Association. The organization consists of more than 1,700 physician and scientist members from 43 countries around the world who are mission-driven to optimize the care of patients with thyroid disorders. Dr. Bernet assumes his duties as association president in September 2020.
