Established in 2005 with a bequest from Dr. and Mrs. Leslie Faudree. Dr. Faudree was a member of the Medical School Class of 1939. Another bequest from Ruby Olson, sister of Dr. Faudree, was added in March 2008 in memory of her brother. Scholarships are provided on the basis of need. The first scholarship was disbursed in 2009.
