George Minor Meredith, II, MD ’66, has published his second eBook, “On Improving Obstructive Sleep Apnea Surgery,” a Kindle publication. The eBook outlines techniques that aim to reduce post-operative morbidity, increase perioperative safety, while increasing operative success rates twofold, by employing non-surgical maxillary expansion often combined with partial resection of the inferior turbinates.
