2025 Fall Alumni Weekend
The annual event brought recent graduates of the UVA School of Medicine back to Charlottesville for milestone reunion celebrations
Alumni from the Classes of 2010, 2015, and 2020 gathered on a beautiful weekend in Charlottesville in late September for 2025 Fall Alumni Weekend.
More than 75 alumni, guests, and beloved faculty attended the annual event for recent SOM graduates, celebrating milestone reunions and enduring friendships.
The event included MD alumni from the Classes of 2010, 2015, and 2020. Activities kicked off on Friday with a CME session, presented by the Department of Anesthesiology Office of Pain Management & Opioid Stewardship. On Friday evening, alumni, guests, faculty and students gathered in a garden off the Lawn for a tailgate before an epic UVA football win over Florida State! On Saturday morning, alumni gathered in front of the Old Medical School for a Bodo’s breakfast and class photos, then spent the afternoon at a Family Picnic in Pen Park or visiting other Charlottesville hotspots. Alumni and guests enjoyed happy hour at Kardinal Hall before heading off to milestone dinners at Maya Restaurant and The Local. Finally, the weekend wrapped up with a sunny day at King Family Vineyard.
