2023 Residency Second Look

The GME Office and the Housestaff Council for Diversity and Inclusion (HCDI) will be sponsoring an opportunity for residency applicants to visit UVA Medical Center and meet with some of our current Trainees to learn what the working and lived experience is like in Charlottesville and at UVA for Trainees who identify as being underrepresented in medicine.

Registration is required.

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions they might not have been able to ask during your residency interviews and to hear a broader range of experiences outside of those heard that day.

This event is open only to students who have interviewed with programs whose Specialty Societies are allowing second looks and whose programs have already submitted and certified their NRMP Rank Order Lists.
