Graduation Weekend 2024

All graduating students from the School of Medicine are invited to join the UVA Medical Alumni Association for a pre-Lawn Ceremony breakfast celebration in front of the Old Medical School Building. Portraits will be taken of the MD, BIMS and MPH graduating classes.

Final Exercises Schedule:

• 7:30am: Breakfast and Class Portraits (In front of Old Medical School Building)
• 8:30am: Lawn Procession Line-Up
• 9:00am: Lawn Procession + Final Exercises Ceremony (Lawn; Severe Inclement Weather site: John Paul Jones Arena)
• 11:30am: Doctors of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences Diploma Ceremony (Claude Moore Medical Education Building)
• 11:30am: Master of Public Health and Masters of Science in Clinical Research Diploma Ceremony (Drama Building, Culbreth Theatre)
• 3:00pm: Doctors of Medicine Diploma Ceremony (Paramount Theater)
